Try these steps:
- Check you’re using the correct email
- Reset password via “Forgot Password”
- Check spam for verification emails
- Clear browser cache and try again

- Add noreply@agntic.ai to contacts
- Request a new verification email from login page
Account locked
Account locked
After multiple failed login attempts, accounts lock temporarily.Wait 30 minutes, then try again. Or reset your password.

Agent stuck in PENDING
If under 5 minutes: Normal. Wait for processing.If over 10 minutes:
- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
- Contact support if still stuck
Agent shows FAILED

The agent couldn’t be created. Common causes:
- Network issue during interview
- Temporary system issue
Agent not responding to calls

Check:
- Agent status is ACTIVE (not PAUSED)
- Channel is connected
- Phone number is correct
Voice sounds wrong
Voice sounds wrong
The voice is generated based on your Tenma interview.To change it:
- Go to agent settings
- Re-interview with Tenma
- Describe the voice you want differently

- Verify number is active in agent settings
- Wait 5 minutes after adding (provisioning time)
- Try calling from a different phone
Billing Issues

- Check card details are correct
- Ensure sufficient funds
- Contact your bank if blocked
- Try a different payment method
Usage not updating
Usage not updating
Usage updates every few minutes. If it’s been over an hour:
- Refresh the page
- Check the date range filter
- Contact support if still not updating
