Start the Interview

From dashboard, click Recruit Agent. You’ll connect with Tenma, our AI recruiter.

Describe Your Needs

Tell Tenma about your business, what calls you want handled, and how you want the agent to sound.

Review and Confirm

Tenma summarizes your agent’s configuration. Confirm or request changes.

Wait for Processing

Agent moves through PENDING → PROCESSING → APPROVED (typically 2-5 minutes).
