Re-Interview with Tenma

  1. Go to agent settings
  2. Click Re-interview
  3. Have a new conversation about what you want to change
  4. Tenma updates the agent based on your feedback
Re-interviewing often produces better results than manual edits for personality changes.

Manual Settings

Editable fields:
  • Name — What the agent calls itself
  • Greeting — How it answers calls
  • Personality traits — Adjust tone and style
  • Knowledge base — Add or update information

Knowledge Base Updates

Add information your agent should know:
  1. Go to agent settings → Knowledge
  2. Add text, URLs, or documents
  3. Save changes
