After creation, you can refine your agent’s personality, knowledge, and behavior.
Editing Options

Re-Interview with Tenma
- Go to agent settings
- Click Re-interview
- Have a new conversation about what you want to change
- Tenma updates the agent based on your feedback
Re-interviewing often produces better results than manual edits for personality changes.
Manual Settings
Editable fields:
- Name — What the agent calls itself
- Greeting — How it answers calls
- Personality traits — Adjust tone and style
- Knowledge base — Add or update information
Knowledge Base Updates
Add information your agent should know:
- Go to agent settings → Knowledge
- Add text, URLs, or documents
- Save changes
The agent incorporates new knowledge within minutes.
