Onboard Your First Client

Walk through onboarding a client as a reseller.
Time: ~20 minutes

Prerequisites: RESELLER account

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Create a managed account for your client
  • Allocate minutes
  • Invite the client user
  • Help them create their first agent

Create Managed Account

Reseller Portal → Add ClientEnter:
  • Client company name
  • Primary contact email
  • Initial minute allocation (start with 100-500)

Invite Client User

In the new account → SettingsInvite UserEnter the client’s email. They’ll receive an invitation.

Schedule Onboarding Call

Reach out to your client:
“Your Agntic account is ready! Let’s schedule a 15-minute call so I can walk you through creating your first AI agent.”

Guide Agent Creation

On the call:
  1. Have them log in
  2. Click Recruit Agent together
  3. Help them answer Tenma’s questions
  4. Wait for agent approval

Add Channel Together

Help them:
  1. Add a phone number
  2. Test with a call
  3. Confirm it works

Set Expectations

Explain:
  • How usage is tracked
  • How to contact you for support
  • When you’ll check in next
