DIRECT Accounts

Best for: Individual businesses managing their own AI agents.
Most users start with a DIRECT account. It’s the simplest way to get started.
Key features:
  • Sign up directly at agntic.ai
  • Full control over billing and payments
  • Add team members with role-based access
  • Standard pricing (pay-as-you-go)
Upgrade path: DIRECT accounts can be upgraded to RESELLER if you want to manage clients.

RESELLER Accounts

Best for: Agencies, MSPs, and consultants who provide AI voice services to clients. Key features:
  • Create and manage MANAGED accounts for clients
  • Purchase minutes in bulk at volume pricing
  • Allocate minutes to clients
  • Export billing reports for invoicing
  • White-label options (coming soon)

MANAGED Accounts

Best for: Clients of resellers who want AI voice services without managing billing. Key features:
  • Invited by a RESELLER
  • Create and manage agents within allocated minutes
  • View usage (but not billing details)
  • Contact reseller for support and billing
Limitations:
  • Cannot see or manage billing
  • Cannot add unlimited team members
  • Cannot export invoices
