Create Your Account

Go to agntic.ai and click Get Started.Enter your email address and create a password. You’ll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Use your work email for easier team invitations later.

Recruit Your First Agent

From the dashboard, click Recruit Agent.You’ll meet Tenma, our AI recruiter. Have a natural conversation about:
  • What your business does
  • What calls you want handled
  • The personality and tone you prefer
Tenma creates your agent based on this conversation — no technical setup required.
The interview takes about 3-5 minutes. Be as detailed as you like.

Wait for Processing

Your agent will show status PENDING, then PROCESSING.This typically takes 2-5 minutes while we:
  • Generate the agent’s voice
  • Build the conversation model
  • Configure the knowledge base
Status will change to APPROVED when ready.

Add a Phone Channel

Once approved, go to your agent’s settings and click Add Channel.Select Phone and choose:
  • Local number — best for local businesses
  • Toll-free number — best for national reach
Your number is provisioned instantly.

Test Your Agent

Call the number you just added. Your AI agent will answer!Try asking common questions your customers would ask. The agent responds based on the conversation you had with Tenma.
