What You’ll Accomplish
By the end of this guide, you’ll have:- Set up your reseller account
- Created a managed account for a client
- Allocated minutes to the client
- Helped them create their first agent
Request Reseller Access
If you don’t already have a reseller account, contact us at sales@agntic.ai to upgrade.Reseller accounts include:
- Client (managed account) management
- Minute allocation and pooling
- Usage reporting and billing exports
- Volume pricing
Existing DIRECT accounts can be upgraded to RESELLER.
Access the Reseller Portal
From your dashboard, click Reseller Portal in the navigation.The portal shows:
- All your managed accounts
- Total minute usage across clients
- Billing summaries
Create a Managed Account
Click Add Client and enter:
- Client company name
- Primary contact email
- Initial minute allocation
Invite Client Users
In the managed account settings, click Invite User.Enter their email address. They’ll receive an invitation to create their login.Managed account users can:
- Create and manage agents
- View usage (but not billing)
- Contact you for support

You purchase minutes in bulk. Allocate portions to each client. Usage deducts from their allocation, not your pool.
Export billing reports
Export billing reports
Go to Reseller Portal → Billing → Export to download CSV or PDF reports for invoicing your clients.

Adjust allocations
You can increase or decrease a client’s allocation at any time from their account settings.
