Agntic uses a usage-based billing model. You pay for the minutes your AI agents spend on calls.
No per-seat fees. No monthly minimums. Pay only for what you use.

How Pricing Works

Platform Access

Access to the Agntic platform is included. No separate subscription fee.

Channel Fees

Phone numbers have small monthly fees (varies by type: local, toll-free, international).

Usage Fees

You’re billed per minute of AI agent call time. This is the main cost.

What Counts as Usage?

Only actual conversation time is billed. If a caller hangs up after 30 seconds, you’re billed for 30 seconds.

Viewing Your Usage

From your dashboard:
  1. Click Billing in the navigation
  2. View Usage Dashboard for:
    • Total minutes this billing cycle
    • Per-agent breakdown
    • Daily/weekly trends
    • Cost estimates

Payment Methods

Agntic accepts:
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfer (for high-volume accounts)
Payment is processed through Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on Agntic servers.

  • Volume pricing — Lower per-minute rates at higher volumes

  • Client allocation — Distribute minutes to MANAGED accounts
  • Billing exports — CSV/PDF reports for invoicing your clients

Your agents continue working. Usage is added to your next invoice. You won’t be cut off mid-call.
Yes. Set alerts at specific thresholds. Hard limits coming soon.
For prepaid plans, check your specific terms. Standard pay-as-you-go has no rollover (you’re only billed for what you use).
Receipts are emailed automatically. You can also download from Billing → Invoices.
