Creating a Client Account

Open Reseller Portal

Click Reseller PortalClients

Add Client

Click Add Client

Enter Details

  • Company name
  • Primary contact email
  • Initial minute allocation

Create

Client receives invitation email.

Managing Allocations

Suspending Clients

If a client needs to be paused:
  1. Client → Settings
  2. Click Suspend
  3. All their agents stop answering calls
To reactivate, click Activate.
